Car Cleaning Tips

When washing tires, it is best to wash each tire separately. Each tire must stay wet while you are finishing washing it. If you are using towels to dry tires, do not use same towel for the body of the car.

Be specific while shopping for cleaning of tires and wheels. Depending on how dirty your tires you may choose a more powerful cleaner but be aware that there many different cleaners. Some product is designed for both the wheels and tires, and some are specific.

Let’s talk about brushes for scrubbing the wheels. For the wheels you would need two types of brushes: a longer, slim brush for all narrow areas and one for scrubbing. Be careful about choosing a brush for wheels. Read specifics and get a brush designed for wheels so you don’t scratch them. Tires themselves can use a stiffer brush.

If you want to polish your wheels, you will want to use a wax. Waxing will prevent from dust, dirt and grime building up deeper and wax helps to remove the impurities making it easier cleaning on your next time.
